1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the website, product catalogs, engineering calculators, or custom layout systems provided by R.N. Suresh Tools Corporation (SpeedRNS), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable industrial safety laws, and local fabrication regulations.

If you do not agree to these terms, you are prohibited from utilizing our custom drafting assets, specifying industrial loads, or placing formal equipment fabrication commands.

2. Engineering Specifications & Data Input

We provide calculation systems to assist in evaluating lifting capacities, structural spans, and crane clearances. However, the accuracy of structural designs relies on the information you provide:

• Input Accuracy: You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of architectural measurements, runway tolerances, and building support load thresholds provided to our engineering teams.
• Design Validation: Any automated CAD previews or mathematical hoist selections are preliminary guidelines. Final layouts must undergo physical review and certification by on-site structural engineers before factory assembly.

3. Custom Fabrication & Commissioning

All custom lifting technologies manufactured under our signature brand conform strictly to the quality standards of our ISO 9001:2015 certification:

Unauthorized alterations to runway tracks, hoisting thresholds, or support frameworks immediately void any active structural warranty contracts.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content displayed on our digital systems—including custom design blueprints, mathematical equations, logo marks (SPEED™), user interfaces, and corporate publications—remains the sole intellectual property of R.N. Suresh Tools Corporation.

You may not copy, replicate, or utilize our proprietary crane layout designs or calculation scripts to fabricate competitive hoisting solutions without explicit corporate authorization.

Under no circumstances shall SpeedRNS or its manufacturing sub-contractors be liable for indirect commercial losses, factory downtime, or operational interruptions resulting from the use or inability to use our systems:

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with corporate legal statutes, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the regional courts possessing direct legal oversight of our manufacturing facilities and corporate registry coordinates.
